Like many kids, Jo started drawing at the age of five, but unlike most, she never stopped. In fact, this Ottawa native with a passion for anime eventually went on to hone her skills at Algonquin College in their animation program. After graduating, she worked for several years as an animator in the film industry.

What brought her tattooing? Her father thought it would be a good way to use her skills from animation as a secondary career.

Jo has completed her tattoo apprenticeship at Eastside Ink. She is now taking clients.
